What we collect

To provide registered agent service we collect: your name and email address, your entity's name and Secretary of State entity number, and the mailing address where we forward documents. That's it — we collect only what the service requires.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on Corpgate's systems. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

Your documents

Documents we receive for your entity are scanned and emailed to you, and hard copies are forwarded to you. We keep a minimal delivery log (what was received and when it was sent to you). We do not maintain an archive of your documents' contents.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to provide the service (for example, Stripe for billing and our email provider for delivery) or as required by law.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for legal and accounting purposes). Email support@corpgate.com.

Cookies and analytics

Corpgate does not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. Our payment processor (Stripe) and hosting provider may set cookies strictly necessary for security and fraud prevention — for example, protecting checkout from stolen cards and the site from automated attacks.
